Did you catch this from MONSTERS UNIVERSITY? The morning after Mike and Sully are initiated into Oozma Kappa, we see Mike sleeping on Sully’s hand. Obviously dreaming, Mike says, "I know you're a Princess and I'm just a stable boy," which is a reference to the main characters from the movie, The Princess Bride, which also featured Billy Crystal as the memorable Miracle Max.
