Chicken Mince - 500g
Oregano Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Cheese Slices - 3 slices
Bread - 8 slices

For Coating :
Maida - 2 Cups
Salt - ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Eggs (beated) - 3 nos
Bread Crumbs - 2 Cups

CRISPY THREADED CHICKEN
For Marination
Chicken Breast (strips) - 500 g
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice - ½ no
Salt - ¾ tsp
Curd - ½ Cup
Kasoori Methi

Other Ingredients
Spring Roll Sheets (threads) - 20 nos
Oil - For Deep Frying

MUTTON SAMOSA
For the Filling - Mutton Fat
1 tbsp - Green Chilli (finely chopped)
4 nos - Onion (finely chopped)
1 Large - Cumin Powder
1 tsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 ½ tsp - Coriander Powder
1 ½ tsp - Garam Masala
1 tsp - Salt
500 g - Mutton (minced)
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients
Samosa Sheets - 15 nos
Oil - For Deep Frying
Corn Starch Slurry - 4 tbsp

ROSE MILK
Rose petals - 50gms
Water - 2 cups
Sugar -1 cup
Milk - as required

CANDY CHICKEN
Bread - 10slices
Chicken breast -200g
Salt - 1 tsp
Oregano -1 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
