Climbing Scafell Pike from Wasdale Head in July and 30 degree heat, lots of water and very hot hot hot!!!! 6 miles up and down from the summit on the tourist trail!
My second summit of Scafell Pike last time I did the circular route from Seathewaite which is much quieter and very beautiful too, but twice the distance!
