👩🍳Ingredients for 4 people:
2 cups Jasmine rice
2 chicken thighs
½ lb peeled raw shrimp
4 oz green beans
½ cucumber
4 tomatoes
1 spring onion
0.4 oz cilantro
4 eggs
2.5 oz shallots
4 garlic cloves
2 mini peppers or hot chilis
½ tbsp shrimp paste
½ tsp + a pinch of salt
½ tsp ground pepper
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce ‘kecap manis’
2 tbsp light soy sauce
Vegetable oil
1 oz prawn crackers
