This is a Roche strat for the Easy Mode Any% run. The big thing about this strat is that it gets you two charges worth of ATB when Roche is staggered, which gives two points towards The Stagger Effect Pt. 1 Battle Intel request from Chadley, which we need to complete to get access to First Strike Materia.
