Hello everyone and welcome to my channel and in this video today we will see what to do if apps can't be opened by using cellular data.

In case if applications are not opening using cellular data then the first thing you need to check is you should have enough data left so that you can use the application in case if you are not subscribed for unlimited plan. The next thing what you need to do is you need to go to "Settings"- "Cellular". Make sure that cellular data is on. Also make sure that the application which you want to open, it should be enabled to use cellular data. If you see any application which is disabled, that means this app will not be able to use cellular data. So, enable it. And the other thing what you need to do is you need to go to "Settings". You need to go to "Screen time". Select "Content & Privacy Restrictions". Enter the passcode. Then scroll down and under "Allowed changes" there is "Cellular Data Changes". Make sure that it is always select to "Allow" and not to "Don't Allow". Now you should be able to use applications with cellular data.
