Ms. Albertine Doibo, a member of the inaugural class of the UAB Master of Engineering graduate program in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management (ASEM) lives in Lagos, Nigeria. She explains the IT challenges facing students in developing countries and other remote parts of the world. Albertine gives high marks to the UAB IT department and ASEM faculty for their assistance in meeting all of her internet challenges in distance learning.
