Today I'd like to share with you how to make typical Japanese BENTO Style, Chicken SOBORO.
”SOBORO" means scrumbled any type of protein (meat, beef, fish, or egg) that is cooked into fine or crumbled pieces and it's a populer meal-prep in JAPAN.(pre-cooked homemade side dish)
Soboro is typically served over steamed rice.
When I was a hish school student, I really loved this OBENTO, and often asked my mom for this OBENTO repeatedly. As an OBENTO, we serve with these topping, ground chicken, finely scrambled egg, in addition of cooked green vegetable such as green beans and so on.(which is called 3 colour )
