Ingredients:
All-purpose Plain Flour 500g
Fine Wholewheat Flour 150g
Wholemeal Flour 150g
Wholewheat Starter (100% Hydration) 240g
Filtered Water 524g
Himalayan Pink Salt 9g (max 18g)
Softened Butter 100g
Chopped Nuts (Soak Overnight) 100g
Additional Flavors:
Ground Cinnamon 1tbsp
Honey 1tbsp
Bake Uncovered at 190°C for 35 - 40 minutes
