Adam Bentz, PhD candidate, History, Lehigh University, and his grandfather WWII Veteran Bob Bentz talk about their experience traveling together on the July 2011 Hershey Historical Society tour "In the Footsteps of Major Dick Winters." Winters, a long time Hershey resident, led the men of Easy Company, who have become known worldwide as the "Band of Brothers" after the history of their service was chronicled by Stephen Ambrose. "Band of Brothers" became an award-winning HBO series in 2002, thanks to the collaboration of Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. Winters' military memorabilia is permanently housed at the Hershey-Derry Township Historical Society, Hershey, PA.
