I've recently upgraded to Fiber Internet from PTCL's 4Mbps package, and I'm getting a 10Mbps download and 4Mbps upload for the same amount I paid for the PTCL's 4Mbps internet package, in which you get pathetic 4Mbps download speed and almost half an Mbps of upload speed.
