A TikTok dance routine turned into a heart-pounding rescue mission after a teenager had to dive into her swimming pool in order to save her pet dog from drowning.

As Cadence Beavers, 19, was setting up the perfect shot in her backyard in Mesa, Arizona, for her latest TikTok dance routine, her video quickly took a dramatic turn.

A few seconds into the video, Cadence turned around to see that nine-month-old MJ the Rottweiler had fell into the pool.

Quickly springing into action Cadence jumped fully clothed into the pool in order to rescue the struggling pet.
