To make Mr. Bali Hai:

1 1/2oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1oz fresh lemon juice
1/2oz sugar syrup
3/4oz Kalua
1oz light rum
1 1/2oz dark Jamaican rum
--------------------------------------

Shake well with crushed ice. Pour unstrained into a Mr Bali Hai mug or double old-fashioned glass.
