Seasoning Instruction:
Wash under cold water
Wipe with paper towel and air dry for 2 minutes
Add hand full of uncooked rice and salt
Grind until powder
Wash under cold water and air dry
Repeat all above 3 times
Add 5 garlic cloves
15 peppercorns
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp salt
Grind until paste
Wash under cold water and air dry
