The US commercial property market is in bad shape, and has yet to recover from the bursting of the property bubble. Offices, shopping malls and factories are empty and rents have hit rock botttom.It's bad news for real estate funds, and in turn, that's bad news for the German banks which have money invested. They're now facing devastating losses. Is another financial crisis looming?
