This is my way to make yummy fish shami kabab .hope you will find the recipe simple and easy but very tasty.try this and let me know in the comments section.
INGREDINTS : for fish
fish bones in 750 gm or boneless 1/2 kg sumrai machli
salt 1 tsp namak
turmeric 1/4 tsp haldi
carom seeds 1/4 tsp ajwien
water 1/2 to 3/4 cup pani
INGREDIENTS : for daal
soaked gram lentil 180 gm or 1 cup channa daal
onion sliced 1/2 cup or 1 small pyaz
garlic paste 1 tsp for daal lehsan
cumin 1 tsp zeera
salt 1 tsp namak
black Pepper pwd 1/2 tsp kali mirch pwd
cloves 4 long
B.cardamom 1 bari ilaichi
cinnamon stick 1 small dar cheeni
turmeric 1/4 tsp haldi
INGREDIENTS : for preparing kabab
fresh coriander chopped 1 cup hara dhaniya
mint chopped 3 tbsp podina
green chili chopped ( hot ) hari mirch
onion grated 1 medium pyaz kash ki hoi
ginger grated 1 tsp adrak kash ki hoi
egg 1 anda
bread crumbs 1/2 cup double roti ka choora
corn flour 2 tbsp full (optional )
METHOD :
first boil fish and daal with mentioned ingredients and dry out all the moisture.
then add in a chopper and chop it with half of the fresh veggies (onion,mint,coriander,chilies and ginger)
add egg too.
then put in a bowl and add remaining veggies.
add bread crumbs as well and mix nicely.
if you feel it requires corn flour too add as much as needed.
make kababs and shallow or deep fry them in oil.
or just add 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and fry till gets nice golden color on both sides.
put on a kitchen tissue and serve with any chatni or ketchup.
