This guitar has really beautiful quarter sawn Brazilian rosewood on the back and sides. The neck is interesting because of its 1 3/4" nut width and chunkier profile. As with most Martins of this era, the tone is focused and cuts clearly through a mix. Great ensemble guitar. Al said it, the woods are stellar. Every now and then a Dread can really grab you, and the low strings on this D-28 sure did the trick. It doesn't take much to bring the guitar up to full volume, either; it responds so effortlessly. - [ Ссылка ]
