One of the NBA's biggest stars gave back to the Central District on Saturday night. Seattle native Jamal Crawford recently received the league's Sixth Man Award, and on Saturday night at Garfield High School, he was playing in a charity basketball tournament. While the show on the court was...more impressive, it was his message off of it that has fans and parents extremely grateful. He's feeling a need to give back to the city's youth and he's hoping that teens are listening. Crawford, a Rainier Beach alum who plays for the Atlanta Hawks, put on a show for the fans at the game. The fans loved it, as much as he loves coming home.
