So many of you guys ask me for more fat burning/weight loss workouts - so this one is for you 💕💕. This energising workout will help to burn fat and improve your overall cardio fitness. We focus on the abs + booty areas using dynamic cardio movements to leave you feeling energised throughout your day. You can do this without any equipment, however for some added resistance I recommend using some light 1-2 lb hand/wrist weights.
