Learn one of my favorite poi transitions in this phrase of advanced poi choreography! Over the course of the past few weeks, I've been drilling down a few combos from my recent "Capital Flow" poi performance. Today we wrap this series up with an advanced combo from that video in which we move back and forth between some meteor style poi spinning, body tracers, and CAPs.
