Even though they aren't on the infamous Reserved List, these cards won't likely show up in modern sets with the same artwork. Reasons go from the artwork being too out of date for today's standards to the artist being on the naughty list. In the 90s, there was more room for risque art on the Magic cards, and nowadays there's a much stricter policy when it comes for what can and can't be on the illustration.
M:TG fans often prefer the older artwork, even though it's not a complex digital painting used on the reprint in a newer MTG set.
