This is an intermediate to advanced level practice of posture, movement and breathing, which really develops strength, flexibility and fitness if you can follow it. This video is mostly for demonstration purposes and I have also done an instructional voiceover with it to explain the deeper inner purpose of doing these advanced movements. I have also shared some tip as to how to access the harder postures and how to modify them to make them more accessible and effective for less flexible people. This practice is presented in a split-screen and shows each exercise from two angles so you can really get an idea of what is happening.
At the end of the demonstration video, I have given you a version of our 8 spinal movements that you can easily follow and practice along with. The spinal movements sequence is a very good grounding practice for all movement forms. Is that a strengthening practice for the core and the legs. It is really excellent to develop general mobility in the spine and grandpa for the body in general. It has particular the good effects on the general health of the internal organ systems as well. This particular version of the 'spinal movements sequence', where the fingers are interlocked, can give a very relieving and light feeling to the shoulders, upper back and neck, and well as more effectively traction the lower trunk, which can relieve back pain, increase energy and help in the function of the digestive system, immune system and the reproductive system.
If you have a deeper interest in more advanced practices, the video material I have edited for you here comes from my popular online course entitled "84 Postures for Strength, Flexibility & Fitness", which is available at [ Ссылка ]
