Soya chunks - 15 to 20 nos.
Green peas - as per choice
Onions (Medium) - 3
Green Chillies - 8 to 10
Ginger - 1 big piece
Garlic - 15 to 20 cloves
Mint & Coriander leaves - according to choice
Salt - according to taste
Cumin seeds powder- 1tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder -1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli - ½ tbsp
Kasuri Methi leaves (optional) - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Rice flakes (optional) - 3 tbsp
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oats - 3 tbsp
Water - as required

Instead of deep frying you can also add little oil and fry both sides..
