Blueberry Banana Oat Muffins: [ Ссылка ]

Yogurt Base Recipe:
1 cup yogurt
1-2 scoops collagen
1 tsp bee pollen
2 tbs honey (only if using unsweetened yogurt)
Smoothie Base Recipe:
1 cup yogurt
1-2 scoops collagen
1 tsp bee pollen
2 tbs honey
1 frozen banana
Cream of Wheat Recipe:
Ingredients
1 cup coarsely ground wheat berries (use a blender or food processor if you don’t have a grain mill)
1 1/2 cup milk (or alternative)
1 1/2 cup water
2 tbs butter
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (I use maple extract)
3 tbs maple syrup or honey
1 tbs unflavored gelatin - optional but adds protein and really good consistency
1/2 cup cream
Put your wheat berries into your grain mill (on the course setting), blender, or food processor and grind until they are just smaller than steel cut oats.
Place flour, water and milk in a pot over medium high heat and whisk frequently until boiling.
Once boiling, drop the heat to low and add all the other ingredients while whisking often.
Top with brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, stewed fruit, or anything else that sounds delicious.
Note: my fav thing to add to cream of wheat are raisins - I suggest adding those when adding the liquid ingredients so they have time to plump up.
