I Paid $200 for 3 faulty Xbox One S consoles, and this is the first one we try to fix. This works out around $65 for each console purchased. We try and identify the faults, and see if we can sell them on for a profit.
The fault with this one specifically was no power. There was no 3.3v rail, so this meant the console wasn't powering on. Can we see why the 3.3v is missing? The second installment will be uploaded this Saturday :)
