If u don't know what happened, Kabukimono ran from Tatarasuna after being brainwashed by Dottore that he never belonged there. And while he was walking, he came across a little boy without a name. He is parentless and Kabuki thought they were the same. So he took care of the kid and they both promised to be family forever and ever. But one day he came home to find the kid dead laying on the floor from his sickness. Kabuki is not a human and took this as a betrayal bc the boy had promised that they will be family forever
