Most of these were breakfast and sweet treat ideas since these are the meals I make the most as a college girly. One thing that I have learned time and time again is that nutrition is absolutely key to seeing results in the gym! I hope this video can give you at least some idea of some quick and easy meals you can make to help fuel you :)
