Your 20s are an important time for your skin because this is when people tend to do a lot of the damage that shows up later in life. Yes, tanning in the sun might give you that bronzy glow, but that sun damage turns into premature aging, or worse, skin cancer. And there are so many other skincare mistakes I see people in their 20s make, so I decided to make this video with the help of board-certified dermatologists Dr. Nina Desai and Dr. Sam Ellis.
