You have your yoga ball, now it's time for the setup. Remember this is 10/15 minutes of work for hours of fun. Follow these simple steps to get flipping!
1. Dig a hole on the beach, a shovel is advised.
2. Place your already inflated yoga ball into the hole, you want to bury as much of the ball as possible. This part is trial and error, you will get the balance right eventually and it works either way. If you bury the ball so that around 1/5 is visible above the sand this will give you more bounce and also keep the ball in the sand.
3. Pack sand around any gaps so that the yoga ball is snug.
4. Take a few test run-ups to make sure all is good before pulling big flips!
Here is our attempt, this was our first day, the second day we pumped both yoga balls and nailed some synchronised jumps and combo tricks.
Remember this can be dangerous so get involved at your own risk! #thumplife
