ABOUT US: Press Information Bureau (PIB) is the nodal agency of Government of India to disseminate information to print/electronic media on government policies, programmes, initiatives and achievements.
PIB disseminates information through press releases, press notes, photographs, videos, infographics and also through social media platforms. It also organises Press Conferences, Press Briefings, Interviews of Ministers/Senior Officers for sensitising media persons on important policy initiatives of the Government.
