Welcome to this Kundalini Yoga Kriya (exercise) called the Kriya to Balance the Adrenal Glands. The adrenal glands are your main endocrine glands that help you cope with stress. When over -stressed we deplete the energy to the adrenal glands which cause exhaustion and burn out.
In this video I explain the benefits of practicing this Kriya and give the steps on how to do it.
We will practice The full Kriya together for you to experience and embody it, to bring energy back to your adrenal glands and kidneys.
