One morning, Sri Mooji calls upon all the beings in Monte Sahaja and a powerful satsang takes place.
Sri Mooji reminds us that every moment is a fresh moment and asks all of us - “What is the best you can discover in this moment?”

The most important discovery is the recognition of who we are, who is perceiving emotions and feelings such as fear. Once that recognition registers in your heart, all of these things just fall away. We don’t have to look at many things, just look at looking itself.

Sri Mooji also reminds us of the beauty of surrendering and meeting life as it is, rather than just what we wish to impose on it through projections.

“This beauty is in yourself. This harmony is in yourself. This joy is in yourself. This light is in yourself. This peace is in yourself. This great love and this great compassion is in yourself.”
