Rise early to make a great start to your day. If you rise late you can be rushed and running, not able to easily process all the the events and happenings of the day. Rise early prepare gently to ease yourself into your day with some meditation, yoga, journaling, any gentle activity will actually grant you more time to get everything done as the day unfolds.
