diced beef 40 - 80gm
basmati rice 100gm
veggies - green beans, carrots,
cayenne pepper, green pepper & cabbage
1/2 of a small onion, diced
1tbsp of margarine/butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
a few pinches of dried thyme
1/4 tsp of curry powder
1/2 of a seasoning cube
a dash of turmeric
1 egg
