5-6 fresh tomatoes
4-5 onions
1 red onion
2tbs tomato paste
2 scotch bonnet peppers
7 medium size eggs
A thumb size ginger
4 cloves garlic
2-3 cloves
Half size each green & yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup of cooking olive oil
Salt to taste
1 tbs curry powder
1 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tbs All purpose seasoning
1 tbs All natural seasoning
