STATEMENT OF ADHERENCE TO SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTOCOLS
The Passi National High School administration is responsible for implementing minimum health and safety protocols pursuant to the Joint Administrative Order No. 2020-001 of the FDCP, DOH, and IATF. The JHS Virtual Completion Program Committee and Production Team has strictly complied to these protocols for COVID-19 mitigation. Some pre-pandemic footage and images were utilized in the production.

COMPLIANCE TO DATA PRIVACY
Following the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and RA 10173, Passi National High School, and its JHS Virtual Completion Program Production Team has released Data Privacy Consent Forms on the collection of students' personal information and pictures and have been signed by their respective parents and/or guardians.
