As a suspect throws his drug stash into a bin in an attempt to dispose of them as he flees from police. The officers however quickly catch him and find his massive drug stash of weed and other drugs. Elsewhere its 4/20 and an officer pulls over a young man for not wearing a seatbelt only to find he has weed on him. The cops stop the man from celebrating 4/20.

Real-life officers are followed by a camera crew, cinéma-vérité style, in a gritty up-close look at police work and the consequences of crime. It spawned a number of police-reality imitators.
