Futura Medical PLC's (LON:FUM) Ken James tells Proactive London's Andrew Scott they've held positive initial discussions with EU regulators as it confirmed it will seek to have its erectile dysfunction (ED) gel approved as a medical device rather than a drug.
The decision to develop the gel as a device follows last year's read-out from the FM57 phase III clinical trial.
