In this video, I explain why playing in a relative minor key and how it relates to playing in a major key.
The first thing to understand about relative minor keys vs. major keys is that they are have the same exact notes and chords as each other.
This means that when we say "relative" we're talking about how one scale relates to another through similar intervals (distance between two notes). That's because scales are built by repeating certain patterns up and down their length so they sound harmonious with each other.
