Marinade for the chicken:
1lb of chicken tenders cut up into pieces
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Coconut Aminos ([ Ссылка ])
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
Salt & Pepper
Maybe a little yellow curry powder too?!
Full fat coconut milk, you'll only need a little
1) mix it all up. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes I'd go an hour at least.
2) Before sticking on skewers, gently toss the chicken in coconut milk
3) Sear skewers on a HOT pan or grill
Peanut sauce:
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp coconut aminos
dash of toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp water
