The import and export specifications save all the details of an import or export operation in MS Access. You can still change the name of source file during import or the destination file during export before you run the specification. You can use the Manage Data Tasks dialogue box in MS Access to mange the import and export specifications. You can change the name, description and source/destination file. If you no longer need a specification you can delete the specification.
