An American Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N816NN, performing flight AAL1505 from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (KDFW) to Indianapolis International Airport (KIND). After departure pilot declared MAYDAY, reported bird strike and burning smell on board. The crew requested return to Dallas-Fort Worth as quickly as possible.
