Olivia Pratt-Korbel's injured mum fought back tears as she made an appeal for her daughter's killer to "own up".
Cheryl Korbel was at home with her nine-year-old daughter, Olivia, and her other children when a gunman tried to force his way into the family home on Kingsheath Avenue, Dovecot. The gunman was chasing 35-year-old Joseph Nee, who gained entry to the property.
As Cheryl tried to stop the gunman from entering the home she was shot in the wrist, and the bullet went through her hand and struck the St Margaret Mary's Primary School pupil in the chest causing devastating injuries.
