One of the questions I get is about the stuff you can buy at stores to put in your toilets to keep them clean.

This includes chlorine tablets when you put in the tanks. The problem is the chlorine warps rubbers of your flappers

Any cleaner you get for your toilet make sure its for the bowl only.

Anything you put in the bowl does not affect the working mechanisms of the actual toilet.

Anything in the tank, it will affect the working mechanisms in the toilet.

This includes the blue sludge that goes in there to make your toilets nice and blue. When you put in the bowl it will not affect any working parts of your toilet.
