Honey Oat Bread Hacks That Everyone Should Know

Hi, thanks for joining me today, here I am going to show you how to make Honey Oat Bread this actually is one of my favorite sandwich bread recipes. We will be making it from scratch using a breadmaker, don't worry, EVEN IF you don't have a bread maker I'll leave links in my description for you to get one at Amazon. This is simple enough to make a few times a week if you need or want to.

In this video, I'll show you:
- How to proof yeast
- Assemble the recipe for your bread maker.
- Rising and Baking a whole grain loaf.

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup warm water
1/4 Cup honey
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Cups whole wheat flour
1 Cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp vital wheat gluten
1/2 Cup oatmeal, uncooked
1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
1. Start by combining warm water, honey, and yeast in a measuring cup or bowl. Wait for bubbles to appear.

2. Pour mixture into bread machine pan, then combine in order;
vegetable oil, wheat flour, all-purpose flour, wheat gluten, oatmeal, and then salt last.

3. Set for pasta/dough cycle.

4. remove from bread maker and split between two loaf pans greased. Cover with a clean towel and let rise for 45 minutes.

Bake at 350 for 30 Minutes, or until sounding hollow when tapped.
