How to prepare loan amortization schedule by using Balloon Payment Method in Excel spreadsheet

Hi guys, in this video, I've shown the calculation and preparation of loan amortization by using a balloon payment method. Under the balloon payment method, the actual total payment is greater than the interest amount but less than the required total payment over the period while remaining outstanding and its interest amounts will be paid on the maturity period.
