This is a hidden, almost secret vehicle thats THE BEST for defeating oppressor MK2 and jets and armored vehicles in GTA Online.... and its... the Ruiner 2000?? I 100% forgot about this car but when playing with the crew I remembered that this thing is actually a beast using the Fully Loaded CEO Mission, so this is a tutorial and how to unlock the god mode ruiner 2000.
