As part of our first-time cruiser FAQ series, we look at some items that are banned or prohibited on cruise ships. We cover obvious things like all the electrical appliances you can’t bring (but might want to). We also look at some more unusual items, like live fish. If it’s on the banned list, it’s probably because somebody tried to take on on a cruise at some point.
We talk about mistakes to avoid on cruises, no matter what cruise line you have booked. Carnival, Royal Caribbean, MSC, Princess, Celebrity, and all of the other cruise lines have very similar policies about what items are banned on their cruise ships.
