Argentinian Sizzling Steak Seasoning Mix (try and say that fast) is inspired by “Argentinian Chimichurri Rojo” and you can taste it!

I used the seasoning as a dry rub but it’s versatile and easy to use to liven up other BBQs, meal times and its all-natural ingredients.

This burger was right up my street flavour wise and I’ll be making it again I’m sure very soon.

Ingredients:

Burger:

Capsicana Argentinian Sizzling Steak Seasoning Mix
4 Beef burgers

Guacamole:

2 Avocado
1 lime
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp sea salt flakes

Chimichurri:

1 cup parsley
1 red chilli
1.5 tsp oregano
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp sea salt flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 red wine vinegar

Bread:

4 seeded bun
olive oil

Method:

Chop your parsley, and chilli and combine with the rest of your chimichurri ingredients in a bowl, stir and put to one side
Remove your avocados from their skin and put them in a bowl with lime, garlic and salt and mash together - leave to one side
Take your seasoning mix and spread it evenly over a plate then you can press your burgers into the seasoning so they are evenly coated with the mixture
Time for the bbq - cook your seasoned burgers through on both sides
Slice your bread buns in half and add a little olive oil, now put them oil side down on the bbq to give them a little charring
Time to build - Bun base, guacamole, burger, chimichurri and then the bun lid.
