INGREDIENTS:
1 lbs pork sirloin
4 cups Water
6 thai eggplants
Dill
2 stalks Green onion
1 stalk Lemongrass
5 Kiffir lime leaves
4 slices of galangal
2 cups mini king oyster mushroom
RICE MIXTURE:
1/3 cup soaked sweet rice/sticky rice
10 thai chilies (according to taste)
1 shallot, sliced
1 cup water
SEASONING :
1 tsp MSG
2 tbsp Fermented fish sauce (padeak)
2 tsp Salt
